Exchanges and Returns

Exchanges

We want your ring / bracelet to fit perfectly, therefore we offer a size and/or style exchange within 30 days of your purchase.

The first exchange is FREE. If there is difference in the price it will result in additional charge or a credit (usually price difference is due to the style exchange and not the size exchange).

Each additional exchange for each exchanged item will incur a $15.00 exchange fee. 

 

Returns

You may return purchased item(s) within the 30 days of the purchase. However, the return will incur a $35.00 restocking fee per item, while the size or style exchange will not (second and further exchanges will incur a $15.00 exchange fee, but not the restocking fee - refer to the section above).

 

New and Unused Condition

All items returned or to be exchanged must be in an original unworn condition. Returned items will be inspected for any sign of use or damage. If we determine that the ring is in unsellable condition, we will charge your account a damage fee.
